I need to measure my chest, but I do have a big frame. I’m 5’10″, 215 lbs (slowly losing it lol) and I just bought a small/medium and it fits almost perfect. I know once I lose my stomach and grow my upper body it will fit like a glove.
Is the xxl-xxxl 46″-50″ really 46″-50″? If so, do the straps on the sides allow some expansion to fit over a bulky jacket or a beer gut? (Expansion in addition to the 46″-50″, so it is a true 46″-50″ in size.)
I wanna buy one but there’s nowhere in Australia to try ‘em on so I’m hoping your comments will help regarding sizing.
At 5’8″ with a 49″ (125cm) chest, I am worried a big vest will hang down too far below my waist because I’m short.

There is an incredible amount of adjustment built in to the vest. For you I would suggest the Large – XL

What’s the fit like?

All the ICON Boots are too short for track duty. The Merc Long Glove is a nice full guantlet glove which I would feel comfortable on track in.
